Rívesci is a multi-award-winning Irish artisan condiment brand, and we're looking for a passionate, reliable and hands-on Part-Time Food Production Assistant to join our growing team at our HQ in Irishtown, Clonmel.

This role would suit someone with experience in food manufacturing or with a background in restaurant or hospitality kitchens who is looking for a change of pace and more sociable working hours.

You'll be joining a small, close-knit team where everyone plays an important role in the day-to-day running of our business. We value people who take ownership of their work, support their colleagues and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

The Role

Working alongside our production team, you'll be involved in the preparation, production, processing and packing of our award-winning range of artisan condiments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation and production of daily batches of sauces and condiments.
• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out processing, packing and labelling duties as required.
• Following all HACCP procedures and food safety protocols.
• Performing quality control checks to ensure our products meet our high standards.
• Carrying out daily cleaning duties and deep cleaning as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production environment.
• Working in the wash-up area and ensuring equipment is cleaned and sanitised correctly.
• Assisting with stock management, inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Taking responsibility for the quality of your work and supporting the wider team as needed.

As we're a small team, flexibility and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business are essential.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 1 year's experience in food manufacturing, or relevant experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Has a genuine passion for Irish food and food production.
• Takes pride in their work and has a strong attention to detail.
• Is reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Works well as part of a team but can also take ownership of their own tasks.
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to get stuck in.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Understands the importance of food safety, hygiene and quality standards.

HACCP certification is an advantage, but practical experience and the right attitude are equally important as training will be provided.
