Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding support
team as a Junior Support Technician. Initially based in the office, there may be the opportunity to travel nationwide to work on customer sites as your career develops.

The successful candidates will have excellent IT skills and computer literacy and an understanding and appreciation of business logic is desirable.

As you will be liaising with customers and could be working on their sites, you will need to have a personable manner and excellent communication skills.
