Cinema Supervisor /Team Leader (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Location: Eclipse Cinemas Lifford-Strabane, Co. Donegal

Eclipse Cinemas Lifford-Strabane is an award-winning cinema located in the heart of Lifford, Co. Donegal. With 7 state-of-the-art digital screens (including 3 VIP auditoriums) and a full hot food menu, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional cinema experience to every guest.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cinema Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with supervisory responsibilities. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing a top-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as Duty Manager when scheduled.
  • Organise and supervise staff during shifts.
  • Open and close the cinema (full training provided).
  • Manage cash handling and lodgements.
  • Assign and oversee staff duties.
  • Carry out basic projection duties (training provided).
  • Ensure every guest enjoys an excellent cinema experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a team.
  • Reliable, organised, and customer-focused.
  • Previous supervisory or hospitality experience is an advantage (but not essential – full training provided).

Hours & Availability

  • Mainly evenings and weekends, based on rota.
  • Part-time: Minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Full-time option: Up to 30+ hours per week (to be discussed at interview).
