Full job description

Ryans Solicitors LLP, based in South Central Dublin, are seeking to recruit a Receptionist for their busy Legal Practice.

We are a growing firm with expertise in the areas of Conveyancing, Litigation, Employment Law, Probate and Wills.

This would be an ideal opportunity for somebody looking to further their career in the legal sector or build upon their experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- General Receptionist duties;

- Providing secretarial support and assistance;

- Audio typing, file management, photocopying, preparing pleadings and briefs for court;

- Liaising with clients, Counsel and experts for trial;

- Diary management.

The ideal candidate will have:

- An ability to work on own initiative;

- Attention to detail;

- Excellent MS Office skills;

- Dictation/Transcription knowledge;

- A working knowledge client management systems would be an advantage.

Pay: From €29,000.00 per year
