Java Republic is currently hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a 1 Year contract.

The Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Dublin for a 1 Year Contract. The ideal candidate will be organised, creative, and a proactive individual with an ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail. You will assist the Commercial Marketing Manager in delivering Java Republic’s marketing strategy.

You will be primarily responsible for Java Republic’s social media channels and B2C webstore.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Lead the creation of engaging social media content - from trending videos and eye-catching imagery to compelling copy - for use across social platforms, email campaigns, and our Shopify store.

- Manage day-to-day community interactions and posting to grow and nurture our online audience across Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Facebook.

- Candidate will be required to work with the Marketing Manager to build out the monthly content calendar and plan/create content accordingly.

- Copywriting: Create copy for a number of elements, including but not limited to: blogs, social media content, internal presentations, etc.

- Take ownership of Java Republic’s webshop – including upload of new products, email campaigns, creating discounts and special offers. You will have to monitor webstore email inbox and reply to any queries from online customers.

- Design: Develop promotional POS and social media graphics using Canva/Adobe suite.

- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and implementation of campaigns for specific projects (eg. New coffee launch)

- Work with external agencies as required (such as SEO agency, Printing, Branding and PR)

- Brand Management: Ensure all online activities are in line with brand guidelines.

- Reporting: Produce monthly reports for Shopify, social media performance and other digital marketing activity.

- Internal communications: Ensure all staff members are aware of promotions, campaigns and initiatives that are in place.

- B2B Customer Digital Support: Provide support to the Commercial Marketing Manager with B2B customer/adhoc requests.

Role Requirements:

- 1-2 years’ digital marketing experience

- Proven track record in successfully running social media channels

- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Tiktok – posting/editing, and understanding what content works!

- Savvy with digital tools (Canva, Capcut, Notion, etc.)

- Excellent command of written English language. Candidate will need to write content for numerous platforms and maintain the existing tone of voice of the brand.

- Knowledge of Shopify is preferred but not essential.

- Ability to work on own initiative, manage time effectively and meet targets.

- Strong communication skills - will have to liaise with other teams across the company, as well as agencies, partners and customers

- Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.

- 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related discipline.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
