You'll work with individuals looking to advance their careers, secure new opportunities or successfully navigate career changes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and growing your own career coaching branch within your local market
• Supporting professionals with career development, job searching, CV optimisation, LinkedIn positioning and interview preparation
• Building relationships with individuals, businesses and professional networks
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Generating enquiries and converting prospective clients into coaching programmes
• Delivering a high standard of client service and coaching support
• Implementing established marketing and business development strategies
• Managing the commercial performance and growth of your business
• Collaborating with TCC HQ and our international network of coaching professionals

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with motivated individuals who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Career coaching or career guidance
• Recruitment and talent acquisition
• Human resources and people management
• Learning and development
• Sales and business development
• Leadership and management
• Professional coaching or mentoring
• Entrepreneurship or business ownership

Previous career coaching experience is beneficial but not essential. We're equally interested in professionals with strong people skills, commercial awareness and the ambition to build a successful business.

Pay: €50,000.00-€120,000.00 per year
