Job Overview
As a Student Services Officer with a specialisation in internships, you will play a pivotal role in finding internship positions for students, as well as supporting and guiding them during their time in Dublin. Your responsibilities will include:

Organising Work Placements: Finding new companies or maintaining relationships with existing companies, placing students, and arranging monitoring visits.

Supporting Students: Resolving issues and concerns that arise for students which are assigned to you during their time in Dublin.

Managing information flow: Managing the communication and document exchange between companies, students, and ADC project managers.

Undertaking Ancillary Duties: As required by your line manager.
What We're Looking For

Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people, including European students, HR professionals, Company Directors, Managers, and colleagues with various cultural backgrounds.

Language Skills: Professional written and spoken English skills.

IT Proficiency: Practical knowledge of MS Office programmes or a strong interest in developing these skills.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work well under pressure and self-motivated.

Team Player: A professional, friendly attitude, and a willingness to help and collaborate with others.

Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to adapt and be sensitive to a variety of different cultures and backgrounds.
