ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about food and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. No previous experience? No problem – full training will be provided to help you succeed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Show a positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience.
  • Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy.
  • Merchandise shelves, ensuring that all areas of the store are presented to the highest standard.
  • Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible;
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast paced environment;
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
