Full job description

We are currently seeking Full Time Bartender to join the team at Mount Falcon Estate. If you are passionate about work at the bar, enjoy to work with people and interested in drinks, spirits and hospitality industry, then we would love to hear from you.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a busy bar, restaurant or hotel.
  • Good knowledge of spirits, whiskey and wine.
  • Barista and mixology skills will be good advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-player mentality.
  • Enthusiasm to learn more and grow up professionally.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Ability to work in Ireland.
