Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach?

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy operations team based in Limerick. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and ensuring warehouse operations run safely, accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Organisation

Our client is a leading supplier of products and services across multiple industries, supporting customers nationwide through a strong distribution network. With a focus on quality, efficiency and customer service, the organisation operates a busy warehouse environment where accurate order fulfilment, stock control and operational excellence are key to continued success. They are now looking to add an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support their daily operations team.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, safely and on time. Your duties will include:

• Supervising and supporting daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, dispatch and goods movement;
• Leading and supporting warehouse team members to achieve operational targets;
• Monitoring workflow and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently;
• Supporting stock control, inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation;
• Ensuring health and safety standards and company procedures are followed;
• Working closely with other departments to resolve operational issues;
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service levels.

This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to motivate and support a team in a busy warehouse environment.

• Competitive salary of €40.000 per annum(DOE);

• Monday to Friday working schedule (Mo-Thu: 11.30 AM - 8 PM and Fri: 11.30 AM - 7 PM);

Criteria

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar warehouse leadership role;
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, dispatch and stock control;
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a warehouse team;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP systems is desirable;
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
