We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or team lead role.

Would you like to work with a close-knit team and work on challenging projects? If so, we’re looking for you to join our Dublin office.

We are looking for someone to take on the role as our Warehouse Team leader

  • You are instrumental in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing order volumes, daily workload, and continuous process improvement.
  • You have the ability to manage staff productivity.
  • You have experience managing Health and Safety in the workplace.
  • You can lead, manage, coach, develop and grow the warehouse team.
  • Forklift licence required

As part of your job you'll .....

  • Work cross-functionally with all teams to deliver top class standard of service,
  • Deal with any queries or complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, making sure to notify management of any problems that have occurred.
  • Lead an effective and efficient department, ensuring all areas are adequately resourced.
  • Identify problems, risks in the internal and external environment and bottlenecks in work processes.
