Food & Beverage Assistant

The Eviston Collection – Killarney, Co. Kerry

The Eviston Collection is currently seeking friendly and reliable Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team for the upcoming busy season across our properties in Killarney.

Part of the collection includes the long-established Eviston House Hotel, a landmark property welcoming guests for generations, and the award-winning The Danny Mann Pub, internationally known for its food, music, and warm Irish hospitality. Working with us means becoming part of a team with a strong reputation for service, tradition, and guest experience in the heart of Killarney town centre.

We are recruiting for breakfast and evening service staff, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, efficient, and professional service to guests
  • Serve food and beverages in restaurant, bar, and function areas
  • Take accurate orders and ensure timely service
  • Prepare and set up areas for breakfast or evening service
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all service areas
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and supervisory teams to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience is not essential as full training will be provided
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, café, or hotel role is desirable
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a busy environment
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
