Join the Lily & Wild Team – Experienced Waiting Staff with Barista Skills

We’re expanding our team across our three County Kildare restaurants — in Naas, Newbridge, and Kildare Town.

We’re looking for experienced waiting staff with barista training to join our front-of-house teams. These roles combine exceptional coffee skills with outstanding table service, working across our vibrant, high-quality venues.

We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, take pride in delivering excellent service and want to be part of a friendly, professional and growing team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced hospitality professionals with a background in busy, high-standard restaurants or cafés
• Skilled baristas who deliver great coffee with consistency and care
• Friendly, adaptable team players with a positive, can-do attitude
• Passionate individuals who take pride in creating an exceptional guest experience
• Flexibility to work across our three Kildare locations (Naas, Newbridge, and Kildare Town)
• Availability for weekday shifts and weekends is required, 5 days over 7
• Weekend-only availability is not considered suitable
• Full-time and part-time applicants may be considered
