Full job description

RelateCare is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent working within the Fraud Dept for our banking client in St Stephens Green, Dublin

Role & Responsibilities:

· Answering incoming calls from customers in relation to lost /stolen bank cards, fraud queries or previous fraud correspondence and providing excellent customer service.

· Manage the Voicemail Service at agreed intervals.

· Profiling card activity and taking decisive action to prevent fraud.

· Making outbound contact in relation to fraud alerts when required.

· Providing limited information regarding customer accounts.

· Providing administrative support as deemed necessary by the client.

· Provide appropriate handover at shift end to colleagues within other departments.

· Escalate all customer complaints to the relevant company departments.

Requirements:

· Previous Customer Service experience required

· Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills

· Leaving Cert: minimum pass grade English & Mathematics

· Strong Basic IT skills / ability to learn new software/systems

· Good administration skills

· Fluent English, oral and written

· High level integrity

· Respectful of the sensitivity and confidentiality of this work

Shifts:

Evening shifts, generally from 5pm - 10/11pm during the week, and Saturday/Sunday shifts ranging in time

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
