Introduction / Overview

The Component Distributors Group is the largest wholesale distributor of vehicle replacement spares in Ireland. As part of our continued development, we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to play a key role in our business.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our growing warehouse team based in Unit 6-7 South Ring West Business Park, Tramore road, Cork T12 T563.

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Type: Part Time; Permanent

Shift: 20-hour week working consecutive 5 days between Tuesday to Friday

Probation: 6 months from start date

Rate of Pay: Overtime paid at time and half. Monthly pay

Job summary / Role and Responsibilities

  • Picking of stock accurately following all correct processes.
  • Packaging of stock for dispatch as required by the supervisor accurately highlighting any discrepancies.
  • stock replenishment/goods in
  • stock taking/counting
  • Packing Shelves/Stock rotation.
  • Work as part of the team for general warehouse upkeep/maintenance.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor.
  • Comply with Company policy and procedure in wearing PPE, following health and Safety, requesting holidays etc.

Essential Criteria

· Be literate and numerate
