We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at Vodafone Wilton store, on a full-time basis.

Alongside your basic pay, you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission through our competitive commission scheme.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Assistant, you will achieve monthly sales targets by selling Vodafone products and services.

You'll help customers stay connected by delivering exceptional service and providing expert advice and recommendations on Vodafone's products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers, solve problems, and drive sales - whether that’s helping someone choose the right plan, resolving a query, or simply making someone’s day a little easier.
• Identifying customers' needs and recommending suitable Vodafone products and services, ensuring they leave the store feeling valued and supported.
• Creating a positive team environment, sharing knowledge, supporting your colleagues, and living the Vodafone Spirit - being customer obsessed, ambitious, and digitally savvy.
• Maintaining excellent store standards and following company procedures.
