About the Role

Revenue Administrator

Location: Millennium Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Reporting to: Revenue & Admin Team Lead

Contract Term: 1 Year Maternity Cover

About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Administrator to join our team at Millennium Business Park in Ballycoolin.

This is a busy administration role supporting our commercial customer accounts, service agreements, pricing updates, account changes and month-end revenue processes. You will play an important part in helping ensure customer records, billing details and account information are accurate, up to date and processed on time.

The role would suit someone with strong administration experience, good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with data, systems and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Setting up new commercial customer accounts
  • Creating new service agreements on existing customer accounts
  • Managing pricing flows and updates on existing accounts
  • Applying credit notes to customer accounts where required
  • Processing credit and rebill activity where applicable
  • Setting customers up for Panda Portal access
  • Closing existing customer accounts and sites
  • Liaising with Account Managers and other departments to resolve queries and complete tasks
  • Supporting revenue protection activity and month-end reporting
  • Assisting the Revenue & Admin Team Lead with month-end deadlines
  • Completing other administration tasks as assigned by your Line Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach and willingness to support across different departments when needed
