Quality Expert Reviewer/Content Moderator (Somalian Speakers)
Dublin City Centre | Full-Time | €37,333 + Benefits

RWR Recruitment are hiring Somalian-speaking Quality Expert Reviewers to join a growing team in Dublin city centre. If you have content moderation experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this could be a great next step.

What’s the Role?

You’ll play a key role in reviewing and improving the quality of content moderation decisions across global workflows. This is a position where your judgement, cultural awareness, and attention to detail really matter.

You’ll be working across a variety of sensitive and complex content areas, helping ensure quality, consistency, and policy alignment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing moderation decisions across different workflows
  • Supporting escalations and complex cases
  • Assessing content across areas such as:
  • Harmful or abusive behaviour
  • Fraud, spam, and security risks
  • Sensitive and graphic content
  • Working with global teams on specialised areas like viral content and high-risk organisations
  • Applying critical thinking and cultural awareness to nuanced decisions

  • Previous content moderation experience (essential)
  • Fluency in Somalian and strong English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
