Quality Expert Reviewer/Content Moderator (Somalian Speakers)
Dublin City Centre | Full-Time | €37,333 + Benefits
RWR Recruitment are hiring Somalian-speaking Quality Expert Reviewers to join a growing team in Dublin city centre. If you have content moderation experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this could be a great next step.
What’s the Role?
You’ll play a key role in reviewing and improving the quality of content moderation decisions across global workflows. This is a position where your judgement, cultural awareness, and attention to detail really matter.
You’ll be working across a variety of sensitive and complex content areas, helping ensure quality, consistency, and policy alignment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing moderation decisions across different workflows
- Supporting escalations and complex cases
- Assessing content across areas such as:
- Harmful or abusive behaviour
- Fraud, spam, and security risks
- Sensitive and graphic content
- Working with global teams on specialised areas like viral content and high-risk organisations
- Applying critical thinking and cultural awareness to nuanced decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous content moderation experience (essential)
- Fluency in Somalian and strong English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
