Qualifications / Experience

Management Support

Location: Dublin, hybrid full-time role, with 1-2 days per week in the office reporting into the Head of Consulting

As a HR & Operations Coordinator, you will lead and support the management and delivery of a wide range of support functions to an Irish team of 12, and to a team of employees hosted in other EU and North America locations. The ideal candidate will excel at interacting and engaging with both local and virtual teams, and will provide support for numerous management functions.

Human Resources:

  • With an existing external Partner, monitor and report on Irish HR developments, to ensure ongoing compliance with Irish employment legislation and best practice as well as preparedness for future obligations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance where appropriate and escalating to external or central HR where required.
  • Act as a resource within the organization for discrete and confidential support and oversight of the existing Employee Assistance Program
  • Maintain consistency in adherence to company policies, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Engage with central HR team within the Landbell Group focused on improving employee experience, HR processes, and systems
  • Coordinate and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Champion team-building and effective internal communication to foster a positive workplace environment
  • Ensure accurate and up to date information within the existing centralised company HR Information system
  • Prepare and analyse HR metrics (absence, turnover, ER trends, training compliance), providing insight
  • Provide support for Pension/PRSA (through partner) and Payroll execution (through partner).
  • Recruitment, onboarding and support for new employees
  • Maintain accurate, centralized training records to support group reporting, development tracking and compliance requirements.
  • Support leadership and employees upskilling, through identification and execution of development needs.
  • Support and coordinate grievance and disciplinary processes, with support of external Partner

Management Support

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Support risk-related activities through coordination of reporting, tracking of actions, and engagement with relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare reporting for the annual ESG (Environmental Social and Governance)
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Coordinate local delivery of central policies including GDPR, IT security, Artificial Intelligence, Pay Transparency Act
  • Provide support to team for travel and event management

MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

  • This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, and strong data analysis skills is essential
  • Proven self-motivation coupled with comfort within a team environment
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
  • An existing HR qualification or appropriate demonstrable experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to create impactful presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and business strategies.
