Full job description

We are currently looking for 2 experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at The Step Inn, Stepaside and Revels Bar, Rahtfarnham

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food. Fluent English and a valid permit to work in Ireland are essential.

About Us
We operate two busy and well-established pubs in South Dublin:

  • Revels, Rathfarnham Village (D14) – A lively pub with a function bar, function room, and beer garden. We serve food daily from 12:30pm, offering lunch, tapas, and an à la carte dinner menu. The venue hosts regular events including poker night (Monday), quiz night (Thursday), and live music on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • The Step Inn, Stepaside (D18) – A popular and busy pub with a strong reputation for food. A large proportion of our business is food-led, making this a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-paced kitchen
  • Strong communication skills and fluent spoken English
  • Valid visa / eligible to work in Ireland
  • Solid CV with stable work history
  • Good references
