This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced, highly skilled, internationally respected, full-service law firm in Dublin
The Firm acts on behalf of financial institutions, private investment funds, receivers, asset managers and private clients on all aspects of property and insolvency related matters. Both our Property and Insolvency teams are looking to recruit Legal Executives. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and seeking to progress in a legal career
Supporting File Handlers by performing delegated tasks, to pursue the progression and/or resolution of cases. The role with involve working on cases supporting partners and solicitors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting loan agreements, security, corporate certificates and board minutes.
- Registering security with CORE.
- Drafting contracts for sale, deeds and declarations.
- Preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry.
- Stamping of documents.
- Collating reports and trackers to keep clients informed on the up to date status of their transaction.
- Assisting in the preparation of transaction completions.
- Working in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents and banks.
- Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.
37.5 hours per week

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2-5 years experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a Property Department/Real Estate Finance Department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.
- Have enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to find solutions to problems.
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
- High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
