Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Office & Marketing Administrator to join our team. With offices in Dublin & Cork and building on over 53 years’ experience, Survey Instrument Services are a leading supplier of Surveying & Construction products & services throughout Ireland.

Initially, the successful candidate will work remotely, progressingb to an office position. Strong communication and inter-personal skills are required for dealing with customers on a daily basis

The Role

  • Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) with engaging content that drives traffic and promotes services.
  • Create and deliver high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, brochures, whitepapers, and catalogues.
  • Coordinate promotional events, including hotel reservations and invitation campaigns.
  • Conduct research on competitors, customer trends, and new market opportunities.
  • Act as website administrator: update products, refresh content and images, adjust pricing, and optimise pages for performance.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and generate new leads.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including monthly newsletters.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and drive online sales.
  • Support the marketing budget process with efficiency tracking and ROI reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to align efforts and support deal closures.
  • Utilise CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team.

Requirements

· Previous experience in a similar role

· Tech-Savvy Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

· Experience with Salesforce CRM package desirable

· Strong administration skills.

· Excellent attention to detail

· Organized and Dynamic

· Highly self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and establish good working relationships.

· Maintain confidentiality at all times

Pay: €38,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
