Due to continued growth Edmundson Electrical Limerick Irelands Premier electrical wholesale distributor currently has a vacancy.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / OFFICE SUPPORT

Duties: The role will be varied and extensive, dealing with customer account queries, answering calls and emails and other duties including, but not limited to:

  • Document control
  • Invoicing, Lodgements,
  • Monthly account updates,
  • Cash reconciliation,
  • Filing & General office admin duties,
  • Phone answering
  • Some Secretarial duties
  • To provide support via general administration to the sales team when required

The successful applicant will have:               

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office in an Administrative Capacity
  • Good communication skills with a personable approach
  • High level of computer proficiency especially Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritise
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer focused with a high level of professional judgement
