A Welder/Fabricator in a Steel Engineering Company plays a crucial role in the process of turning raw steel materials into usable components for various construction and engineering projects. Key roles and responsibilities of a Steel Fabricator:

1.Material Preparation: Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the required dimensions and tolerances.

Select appropriate steel materials based on project requirements and specifications.

Measure and mark steel pieces for cutting and shaping using tools such as tape measures, squares, and marking devices. Cutting and Shaping: Operate various cutting equipment, such as saws, shears, plasma cutters, and torches, to cut steel pieces according to the provided specifications.

Use bending machines, presses, and rollers to shape steel components as required by the design.

2.Welding and Assembly: Assemble steel components by welding, bolting, riveting, or other joining methods specified in the engineering plans.
