O'Toole Transport are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our growing warehouse team .

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, processing orders and communicating to the warehouse team while ensuring accurate system management and reporting across warehouse operations.

Warehouse Administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customers enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, aligned to SLA expectations
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries and dispatch collections plan with third party transport companies
  • Process and manage data within warehouse management systems (SAP or equivalent)
  • Input, track, and validate goods in / goods out transactions
  • Support onboarding of new customers and processes
  • Stock Cycle Count managemnt

What We’re Looking For

  • SAP Warehousing System Experience
  • Polish Speaking
  • Experience in a customer service or admin role within logistics / warehousing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in warehouse operations
  • Happy to help out operations during peak volume/holiday cover

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills
  • Right to work in Ireland
  • A 5 year background check and a Police Clearance certificate is required to work in the warehouse. (Can be applied for after joining)
  • Forklift licences advantageous but not essential
