About the Role

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the atmosphere, service standards, and overall success of our restaurant and bar. You will lead from the front—coaching, motivating, and empowering your team to deliver memorable moments for every guest.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and lounge areas

  • Ensuring exceptional service standards and a warm, welcoming guest experience

  • Leading, training, and developing a high-performing team

  • Managing rosters, stock controls, and cost efficiencies

  • Collaborating with the wider hotel leadership team on promotions, menu ideas, and guest experience initiatives

  • Maintaining strong compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Carrying out Duty Manager shifts
