Are you a passionate Food & Beverage professional ready to take the next step in your career? At the Radisson Blu Cork, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our dynamic team and elevate the guest experience across our busy dining outlets.

About the Role

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the atmosphere, service standards, and overall success of our restaurant and bar. You will lead from the front—coaching, motivating, and empowering your team to deliver memorable moments for every guest.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and lounge areas

  • Ensuring exceptional service standards and a warm, welcoming guest experience

  • Leading, training, and developing a high-performing team

  • Managing rosters, stock controls, and cost efficiencies

  • Collaborating with the wider hotel leadership team on promotions, menu ideas, and guest experience initiatives

  • Maintaining strong compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Carrying out Duty Manager shifts

  • Driving a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with The iNUA Collection values

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment
