Join the Team at Petronella Restaurant!

At Petronella Restaurant, we are growing — and we are looking for passionate, experienced waiting staff to join our vibrant team on a part-time basis. If you are energetic, motivated, and love creating memorable dining experiences, we would love to meet you!

What you will be doing..

As a key part of our front-of-house team, you will help deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments for our guests. Your role will include:

  • Welcoming guests warmly, presenting menus, answering questions, and offering thoughtful recommendations
  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders and coordinating smoothly with our kitchen and bar teams
  • Managing special requests and dietary requirements with professionalism and care
  • Setting up and resetting tables to the highest standards for daily service and special events
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment
  • Processing orders and payments using POS systems
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure seamless service, especially during busy periods
  • Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
  • Supporting management with additional tasks when required

What we are looking for..

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality, customer-facing role
  • Flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday
  • A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with guests and delivering outstanding service
  • A strong understanding of hospitality best practices
  • A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
