About Jungle Berry
Jungle Berry Açaí is a fast-growing healthy food brand specialising in premium açaí bowls, smoothies, and nutritious grab-and-go options. We’re passionate about delivering high-quality ingredients, great customer experiences, and a vibrant store atmosphere.

Role Overview
As a Jungle Berry Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while preparing fresh açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items. You will work in a fast-paced environment and help maintain the high standards that our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, and other menu items according to brand standards.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to every guest.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, kitchen, and seating areas.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
  • Restock ingredients, toppings, packaging, and supplies as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to maintain a positive and energetic store environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.

Skills & Requirements

  • Barrista training is required and minimum 6 months of experience.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and busy periods.
  • Previous hospitality or café experience is an advantage but not required.
