This is a dual location role between Leixlip and Maynooth Co Kildare

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to come join our every growing team. With the addition of our second location nearly three years ago it is now time to grow our management team to help ensure our high standards are met and the profitability of the company. We are looking someone with a positive can do attitude , a customer service superstar with some business acumen to boot !! If this is you please get in touch.

Role Overview

  • Leading the teams in ensuring the cafes operate effectively and to the highest standard.
  • Leading the front and back of house teams in ensuring service runs smoothly and the appropriate preparations are in place for every shift.
  • Must ensure that our company standards and SOP’s are adhered to in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Providing ongoing staff training by continuously motivating and developing the skills of the team in areas such as tills, coffee training, merchandising, HACCP/Food safety etc.
  • Drive innovation, embrace change and support the team in the delivery of new concepts
  • Planning and implanting an efficient work schedule for the café in order to ensure job rotation and flexibility of all staff while maximising their productivity.

Role Requirments

  • Previous experience as a Manager, Supervisor, Head Barista or have extensive experience in hospitality
  • Be a creative and innovative thinker
  • Highly organised with an ability to multi-task, priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage store operations independently and work on own initiative.
  • Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Must be strategic, commercial minded with a clear vision and a passion for Hospitality
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
  • Knowledge of SQUARE (a bonus) or similar POS systems
  • Customer Service - Ensure a high level of customer service is adhered to throughout the store, handle any customer complaints appropriately, escalating where necessary.
  • Cash Management

All applicants must have EU citizenship OR full legal documentation to work full time in Ireland throughout the year.
