Full job description

  • Come and work in our busy social enterprise cafe making a positive impact in the inner city! From 16 or more weekly
  • We are a multicultural cafe serving classic Irish food
  • We are right beside the red line Luas stop
  • We close on all bank holidays and Sundays so you can take time off with family and friends
  • We have long Christmas holidays and are closed for 10 or 11 days. more time off with family and friends
  • We feed you
  • We don't work late nights
  • We train you in all aspects of the cafe operations
  • We will train you in HACCP food hygiene if you don't already have it.
  • We don't shout or boss people around and and we hope you don't either
  • We are busy and we all work hard and we respect each other
  • If we're not enjoying ourselves we talk about it
  • We don't tolerate (and we've never had to)racism, sexism or bullying. it's just not in our culture
  • You will be a team player and thoroughly enjoy taking good care of our wonderful customers
  • You will be passionate about food and enthusiastic about learning and working as part of our team.
  • You'll have a positive approach as you serve on the counter , work on the floor or make excellent coffee.
  • It would be great if you have a full, clean driving license.
  • You can speak fluent English.
  • You are an experienced person who enjoys working with people as much as food !
  • You will have 1 year's experience in a customer facing food and coffee environment and be flexible across the week including early evenings and Saturdays.
