    • Experience in team leadership, catering, and cooking is required.

We have a vacancy for a Kitchen porter, must speak English and have experience working in a fast paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Wash-up of all crockery, cutlery & glasses after each meal service
  • Carry out cleaning duties as outlined in cleaning schedule and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists for all cleaning tasks performed
  • Back of house areas are maintained in a safe, hygienic, healthy and hazard free manner
  • Collecting and washing up pots and pans.
  • Ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready
  • Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised
