We are a thriving artisan Deli/Bakery in SLIGO town and a Café in COLLOONEY, known for making everything from Scratch using the best local ingredients.

We serve wholesome handmade food throughout the day . We also offer Catering, celebration cakes and home-cooked dishes (fresh and frozen).

We're Hiring : Café and Deli supervisor for our branch in Collooney. You may be required to work in our shop in our shop in Sligo town.

What You'll D

  • Help run our Deli area and represent who we are very well ,working with and motivating staff, and always focusing on Customer and food.
  • Ability to always behave in a professional manner with customer and staff
  • Ensuring food orders are taken and presented correctly and customers satisfied.
  • Ensuring Plated up food orders are of the correct standard .
  • use and Knowledge of merrychef oven and food presentation.
  • Support Café team during busy periods.
  • Help with and ensure food displays and front-of-house setup are correct.
  • making coffees supervising and Barista training others.
  • Deliver excellent customer service every day.
  • Closing tills and ordering stock.

  • Ability and Knowledge to oversee direct and help staff .

  • Available to work mostly in Collooney but also if needed in Sligo Town.
