Chef de Partie – Burzza & Bodega, Waterford

Full-Time Position

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, working across two of Waterford's most established and respected restaurants – Burzza and Bodega Restaurant & Wine Bar.

This unique opportunity offers exposure to two different food concepts: the Italian style environment of Burzza and the quality-driven, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine of Bodega, which focuses on local produce and seasonal ingredients.

The Role

  • Run and manage your designated section during service.
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards.
  • Work across both Burzza and Bodega kitchens as required.
  • Assist with menu development and daily specials.
  • Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are maintained.
  • Support stock control, ordering, and waste management.
  • Work closely with Head Chefs and management to deliver exceptional food consistently.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Previous Chef de Partie experience preferred.
  • Passion for quality ingredients and great food.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in busy service periods.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.
