Work alongside the Head Chef in creating dishes and menus.

Identifying allergens and developing methods of production.

Ensuring a smooth service during kitchen hours.

Take charge of the kitchen in the chefs absence.

Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.

Supervise prep work and station setup.

Supervise other chefs in the kitchen and also kitchen assistants.

Assist with ordering food and supplies.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Maintain a safe working environment.

Strong leadership skills required.

Must have been in the role previously.
