Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear PRDs and manage requirements via Confluence & Jira
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and QA
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback from restaurant owners, and translate insights into product improvements
  • Analyse product data and key metrics to inform prioritisation
  • Collaborate on roadmap planning and product strategy
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity across research, documentation, and workflow automation

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping products
  • Strong PRD writing and requirements management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with dev, design, and QA teams
  • Hands-on user research and data-driven decision-making experience
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve work efficiency — including but not limited to research, writing, data analysis, and prototyping
  • Fluent in English and Chinese

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food-tech industry
  • Familiarity with POS systems, payment integrations, or order management workflows
  • B2B SaaS product experience, especially for SMB clients
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, MUI)
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into product features or workflows
