We deliver innovative, tailored electrical and utility services designed to meet the evolving needs of both private and public sector clients.

The Role

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are hiring an enthusiastic, tenacious and committed professional to join our Meter Reading team. As a Meter Reader, you will be responsible for collecting meter readings from all premises assigned daily and entering the reading into our data system, with the expectation of delivering on all KPI's consistently. This is a flexible and rewarding role for the right candidate.

*This is a self-employed position*

Responsibilities:

- Entering data correctly into the handheld system daily.

- Assessment and recording of each meter's reading as provided and ensuring there are no issues or damage to said meter, reporting issues where required.

- Greet all customers and members of the public politely and professionally whilst working on behalf of our clients.

- Where access is not possible, leave a no-access card with the customer and ensure all information is correctly entered for their reference.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.

- A full, clean driver's licence is essential.

- A proven track record in dealing with customers and members of the public.

- Ability to organise and manage your own workload and work independently.

- Commitment to high quality performance
