Cleaning Operative – Flexible Part-Time Position

Dublin | Approximately 25 hours per week

We are a growing cleaning company looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team.

This is a flexible role with approximately 25 hours per week available, with the opportunity for additional hours as the company continues to grow.

The Role

You will be responsible for cleaning 60+ properties across Dublin, with each property requiring a clean twice per month.

Each property must be completed to a professional standard, with a 14-day gap between visits.

The role offers a high level of flexibility. You can choose your own working days and times, as long as the scheduled properties are completed on time and to the required standard.

Cleaning Duties

Communal stairways

  • Hoovering and mopping communal stairways
  • Cleaning shared spaces, such as laundry room.
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable environment

Converted residential properties

  • These are houses which have been converted into multiple apartments.
  • Cleaning is focused on the shared communal areas, not residents’ private living spaces.
  • Areas may include shared kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and stairs.
  • This is regular maintenance cleaning rather than deep cleaning.
  • The properties are not expected to take hours to complete individually.

Requirements

  • Must be able to drive and have access to a car
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to manage your own time and complete scheduled properties
  • Professional and respectful when working in residential properties
  • Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
  • English does not need to be your first language
  • Must be willing to grow and develop with the company
