Restaurant Manager - Gastro Pub

Longford Forest | €60,000 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Join our team as a Restaurant Manager, where you'll drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and tackle daily operational challenges to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated team while ensuring high standards and financial performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences
  • Manage budgets, monitor performance and implement cost-control measures
  • Support team development through training and performance management
  • Foster a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, morale and collaboration

  • Proven leadership experience with strong influencing skills
  • Strong financial skills, including delivery and business planning
  • Good computer literacy and analytical ability
  • Experience in a large organisation with full management responsibility
  • Experienced in training and developing teams to drive performance and growth
  • Motivational, empathetic leadership with a focus on coaching and individuals to be accountable for their own performance
