- Incident management, escalation handling, and operational governance
- Team leadership, performance management, and service improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
We are seeking experienced IFM professionals with a strong background in regulated or operationally sensitive environments.
Essential Candidate Criteria
- Proven IFM / Facilities Management leadership experience
- A track record in the management of a combination of hard and soft services operational management capability
- Experience within pharma, life sciences, manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated environments
- Confidence managing large on-site teams and subcontractors
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing SLA/KPI-driven environments
- Excellent operational, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong Health & Safety awareness and compliance mindset
Package
- Competitive base salary (circa €75.000 - €110,000 doe)
- Bonus and benefits package
- Pension and healthcare
- Long-term career progression opportunities within a global FM environment
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong IFM leader seeking a visible operational role within a major manufacturing environment where service delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership are central to success.
