Our Customer Hub plays a vital role in supporting our dealerships and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and professionalism we stand for.

The Opportunity

Handle a variety of customer contact points made via telephone and email to support a variety of product and service offerings for our existing customer base.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development of an established, high-performing, centralised team and share your insights and experience to continuously improve the quality of their customer care delivery. There are also clear progression opportunities within the business.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer booking enquiries across a variety of product offerings and services for customers.

Understand and respond to customer needs and ensure that the response is dealt with appropriately to exceed customers’ expectations, delivering high-quality customer service.

Be a customer advocate for driving change which enhances customer experience in every interaction.

Work as part of a dynamic and continuously evolving team and support the team to meet their daily standards.

Display personal ownership in handling all customer interactions, connecting with other individuals across the company, and using all available resources.

Hours of Attendance

  • 39-hour working week
  • Current hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Flexibility required as hours may move to a staggered pattern between:
  • 8:00am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)

What You will Be Doing

  • Managing customer queries across multiple channels and product offerings
  • Understanding customer needs and responding in a way that exceeds expectations
  • Acting as a customer advocate to drive positive change and enhance every interaction
  • Escalating concerns or opportunities appropriately to maintain high service standards
  • Working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Taking ownership of queries from start to finish, connecting with colleagues across our dealerships
  • Supporting and working closely with other relevant customer service areas

You are motivated, positive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You bring solid customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment, and you pride yourself on your ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and professionally.
