Butlers Chocolate Cafés require a Retail Café Manager for our café in Glasthule.

Butlers Chocolates are Ireland’s largest family-owned chocolate producer and have been crafting chocolates in Dublin since 1932. Butlers are known and loved throughout the country for their delicious taste and beautiful packaging. Our Butlers chocolate cafes pride themselves on providing an excellent customer experience with fantastic coffee and delicious chocolate to match.

If you feel you are ready to join our great team, we may have the perfect role for you. We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Café Manager to lead the team in newly opened Glasthule cafe. The ideal individual will have a passionate for coffee, driving standards and who thrives on a challenge.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Ambitious, confident, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • An interest in or passion for coffee and chocolate
  • At least 2 years retail / catering management experience
  • Analytically thinking ability / Decisiveness / Forward Planning
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Experience in staff developement
  • Roster & Stock Control skills
  • Retail experience
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills
  • Good coffee knowledge & barista skills
  • A positive, energetic & professional outlook
  • An ability to thrive under pressure and manage challenging environments
