Experienced Waitress

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Waitress to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong hospitality background and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and serve customers promptly.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming dining area.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues where appropriate.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Multitask efficiently during busy service periods.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waitress in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required.
