As a Waiter in our Drawing Rooms and Bar No. 23, you will play a key role in creating memorable “Merrion Moments” for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional 5-star service at all times
• Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
• Providing professional tea, coffee, and beverage service
• Supporting afternoon tea and evening service
• Demonstrating strong product and drink knowledge

Our Drawing Rooms, Garden Terrace, and No. 23 Cocktail Bar offer an elegant and unique guest experience, from light continental breakfast and lunch to evening cocktails.

We are especially renowned for our Art Afternoon Tea, where beautifully crafted pastries are inspired by the artwork displayed throughout our Drawing Rooms, creating a truly distinctive and memorable experience.
