The opportunity

CFMOTO is one of the world’s fastest-growing powersports brands, producing ATVs, UTVs and motorcycles that are increasingly challenging the established names in the industry.

The products are consistently evolving. The range is getting bigger. The brand continues to grow.

And in Ireland, we believe we’re only just getting started.

CFMOTO has had an established dealer network in Ireland since 2013. We’ve got good people, good dealers and strong foundations.

But there’s a lot more we can do.

Our ambition is simple:

Become Ireland’s number one ATV, UTV and Motorcycle brand within the next three years.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help make that happen.

This isn’t a traditional General Manager role

You won’t be sitting behind a desk managing a business that’s already been built.

You’ll be out in the market.

Sitting down with dealers. Understanding their businesses. Listening to what’s working and what isn’t. Finding opportunities. Helping good dealers grow. Identifying gaps in our network and finding the right people to fill them.

Some conversations will be about products.

Others might be about marketing, stock, aftersales, events, customer experience or what we could simply be doing better.

Your role is to join the dots.

Between our dealers, our customers, our products and the wider CFMOTO team.

Because we believe the strongest brands are built through great relationships.

What you’ll be building

You’ll take responsibility for developing CFMOTO across all 32 counties.

You’ll review our existing dealer network and understand where we are strong, where we need to improve and where the opportunities are.

You’ll help our existing dealers become stronger partners while identifying and appointing the right new dealers.

You’ll influence how CFMOTO is represented in Ireland, help shape local campaigns and initiatives and bring what you’re hearing in the market back into the wider business.

You’ll have genuine influence over what CFMOTO Ireland becomes.

And you won’t be doing it alone.

You’ll be backed by an established team across dealer development, marketing, finance, logistics, aftersales and sales administration, as well as direct access to the senior leadership of Quadzilla, CFMOTO’s UK & Ireland distributor.

Who are we looking for?

We’re much more interested in the person than the perfect CV.

You might currently be a:

· Dealer Principal

· Regional or Area Manager

· Dealer Development Manager

· Brand Manager

· Country Manager

· Senior commercial leader

You might come from automotive, motorcycles, agricultural machinery, powersports or another industry built around strong dealer relationships.

You don’t need to know everything about CFMOTO on day one.

You do need to understand people.

We’re looking for someone who is:

A relationship builder.
You earn trust and genuinely enjoy working with people.

Ambitious.
You want to challenge the established brands and build something better.

Humble enough to listen.
You don’t walk into a dealership assuming you already know the answer.

Honest.
You do what you say you’re going to do. Trust matters to us.

Commercially smart.
You can see an opportunity, understand what makes a business work and turn ideas into action.

Comfortable taking ownership.
We’ll give you support, but we also want you to shape the direction.

And importantly, you’ll enjoy being out there.

This is a field-based role covering Ireland, with home working when you need time to organise, plan and get things done.
