Full job description

Experienced Full-Time chef/ required for brand new Northside venue. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential

Must have experience in

  • Training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
  • Working closely with senior management on the business plan
  • Hiring new team members and on-boarding them
  • Manage your team, including staff performance reviews, rostering staff, resolving any employee issues including grievances.
  • Ensuring food is prepared and presented to the highest standard consistently.
  • Stock control
  • Working closely with senior management analysing the numbers
  • Managing daily and weekly cleaning schedules in the kitchen
  • Involving yourself in marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that chefs are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety

Requirements

  • Must Have 3 Years Experience in Ireland
  • Must be available to work weekends. Mix of day and night shifts
  • Fluent English
  • Located next to a number of bus routes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
