Full job description

Ryan's Dundrum House is seeking a Full Time dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House team member. As a Front of House team member you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in the bar and food industry.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

- Take orders in a timely manner

- Assist customers with any enquiries or concerns - you must have knowledge of or learn about the products we sell i.e. Food Allergens/Wines/Beers/Cocktails/Spirits

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area

- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

- Collaborate with team members to correctly process payments by customers

Skills:

- Must speak and understand English fluently

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations

- At least 2 years experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is ESSENTIAL

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed

You must have a PPSN
