Ready for your next adventure? Disney Cruise Line is looking for experienced Servers / Waiters / Waitresses to join our award-winning ships in November or December 2026, just in time for the festive season!

Your Role

As a Server, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional table service across three uniquely themed dining rooms, rotating to a different restaurant each evening
  • Provide breakfast and lunch service in a fast-paced, high-volume buffet environment
  • Create memorable dining experiences for international families, adults, and children
  • Build genuine connections with guests and deliver the high level of service Disney is known for
  • Work as part of a multicultural and highly professional team
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings a new experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals who have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of recent, full-time experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or F&B Attendant
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A professional, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating magical guest experiences
  • Good spoken English
  • Availability to start in November or December 2026
  • The ability to commit to a 6-month contract

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process is straightforward:

1. Online interview with International Services

2. Disney Cruise Line interview

3. Selection & onboarding

4. Visa, medical and required paperwork

5. Join the ship and start your Disney adventure!

The interview process usually takes approximately 2–3 weeks.

Once selected, the onboarding and paperwork process generally takes around 6–10 weeks.

Total estimated timeframe from application to joining the ship: approximately 2–4 months.
