- Communicate menu knowledge confidently, including dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Provide guidance on wine pairing and maintain strong product knowledge across our beverage programme.
- Support the Restaurant Manager and team to create a polished, welcoming, and relaxed dining journey.

- A genuine passion for fine dining, guest service, and culinary excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Wide knowledge of wines, pairings, and classic & contemporary dishes.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment is highly desirable.
- A positive, team‑focused attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
What We Offer
- An exceptional working environment at one of the world's leading hotels.
- Unparalleled development and career progression opportunities.
- State‑of‑the‑art facilities and equipment.
- Competitive pay and benefits package.
- The chance to be part of an extraordinary team delivering extraordinary experiences.
Join Us
We are looking for people as exceptional as the hotel itself.
