We now have a fantastic new opportunity for a F&B Duty Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.

The Food & Beverage Duty Manager ensures smooth day-to-day service across all outlets, maintains high guest satisfaction, and supports staff performance.

Main Duties:

• Supervise restaurant, bar, and banquet service during shifts
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation meet hotel expectations
• Handle opening/closing procedures and shift handovers
• Handle complaints or special requests quickly and professionally
• Monitor service quality and step in during busy periods
• Lead, motivate, and support F&B team members
• Assign duties and manage staff scheduling during shifts
• Assist with training new employees and ongoing coaching

Key Requirements:

• Experience in hotel or hospitality F&B operations (supervisor level or above)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays)
